Summary
Recruiters often receive CVs by email, which never make it into the database. This creates lost opportunities and messy workflows. Roi-AI solves this problem by letting you create custom candidate registration web forms.
Each form has a unique URL you can send to candidates. When a candidate uploads their CV through the form, their profile is instantly created in the database, with all the relevant fields parsed and coded. No more manual inbox management, just clean, structured data.
You can create as many forms as you like, each tailored to a different campaign, recruiter, or use case.

Getting Started
Go to Forms in Roi-AI. Click New Web Form. Add a name for your form (for example, “Master Registration”). Choose the fields you want candidates to complete, including CV upload. Save your form.
Once saved, your form will have a unique shareable URL.
Sharing the Form
Share it internally with recruiters so they can quickly register candidates they engage with. They can then send the link directly to candidates by email, text, or social media.
How it Works
The candidate fills out the form and uploads their CV. Roi-AI parses the CV and codes all relevant fields (name, contact details, skills, experience). A candidate record is created directly in your database, no recruiter inbox required.
Best Practices
Create separate forms for different teams or campaigns. This way, you can track where candidates are coming from. Use branded form designs for a more professional candidate experience. Replace “send me your CV” emails with “here’s the registration link” — it keeps your data structured and consistent.
